Thought from Deepak Chopra

I had the opportunity to attend both Yoga and Meditation sessions @ the Chopra Center in NYC today and had a very interesting experience. When you pay for your Yoga session, you are given a token. The quote on my token was as follows:

When I learn to appreciate and express my unique perception of the world, I let go of the need for approval

I understand that my perception of the world is unique.
