Mobile Phone Windy Operations

I had an epiphany today. I was walking outside in the wind on my mobile phone and could hear nothing, but the hiss of the wind in my ear. The wind issue is such a annoyance and I have not had a solution for it, until today.

Solution

Just before going out in the wind, tell the person on the other end of the phone that you are going to mute your phone while you are out on the wind. Encourage them to continue the conversation, but let them understand that you have muted your mike while you are walking to or from the restaurant, office or home. What a relief!
